The pup’s page lives in your browser’s own storage, on your device. It is not an account. We cannot see it, and if you clear your browser’s data, the page is gone.
The photo on the keepsake card never leaves your device. The card is drawn right in your browser, and saving it strips the photo’s hidden location data.
When you write in a weigh-in, one anonymous point (an age, a weight, and the kind of guess we made) joins a shared table that helps validate the charts. No name, no photo, no identity travels with it, and the page works exactly the same if that table is unreachable.
We count page visits the way most sites do, to know whether anyone is reading. If your browser sends the do-not-track signal, that is honored.
